Aims and Scope

Korean Journal of Food Preservation is published bi-monthly by the The Korean Society of Food Preservation. Copy right is reserved by the Society.A Subscription to Korean Journal of Food Preservation is included in the annual membership dues.Subscriptions are accepted on a calendar year basis only. All correspondences regarding membership and subscriptions should be addressed to The Korean Society of Food Preservation. Contributions written in English and Korean are welcomed in the form of review articles, original papers, and research notes. This journal aims to promote and encourage the advancement of quantitative improvement for the storage, processing and distribution of food and its related disciplines, theory and research on its application. Topics covered include:

Submission

KoSFoP operates an on-line submission system. Details of how to submit online and full author instructions can be found at: http://kosfop.or.kr. Papers in a series are not accepted. Membership in KoSFoP is not a prerequisite for submission of manuscript for publication. Once the manuscript has reached our Editor, normally the corresponding author will be informed by email within a week. We will send by email a note of acceptance or non-acceptance for publication of the manuscript.


Publication fee

A page charge is effective for all manuscripts on original research. A review is exempt from page charges, provided it is approved in advance by the Editor-in-Chief. The actual charge per printed page will be notified to the author along with the manuscript for galley proofs. The publication fee is 50,000 krw per printed page.
